Cancellation Policy

An administrative fee of $20 plus applicable taxes is charged at the time of booking for private patients. This fee is non-refundable under any circumstances.

If you do not attend your appointment, or if you cancel or modify it with less than 48 working hours’ notice prior to the scheduled date and time, a no-show or cancellation fee of $43.49 plus applicable taxes will be charged to the credit card on file.
